Going paint balling tomorrow, 1st tim, 13 girl, will it hurt?

Question by ℇ♏♏ム☼: Going paint balling tomorrow, 1st tim, 13 girl, will it hurt?
Im going with my dad and his friends, so they probably wont intentianlly hit me.
But if I do get hit, will it hurt? For how long? Will it leave brusies for more the 3 days? beacuse my mom will get all worried, haha.
Its my 1st time, and im excited. :]
Im good and manging pain, it takes a lottt of pain to make me cry.
So will I be okay?
What will it feel like ( a bee sting ext)?
What should I wear? I play feild hockey and softball, so I ahve all that stuff.
Is the gear heavy, beacuse im fast, bt NOT strong.
THANKS!

You bet! It’s not a sharp pain like a bee sting, it’s more like having your thumb hit with a hammer, but in whatever part of your body gets hit. Good incentive to try to avoid it! Make sure you wear a face mask, one of my friends got shot in the face at point blank range and his cheek was swollen and bruised and bleeding afterwards.

Is Dog the Bounty Hunter for real?

Question by sunseekerrv: Is Dog the Bounty Hunter for real?
He has a badge, but I don’t think he’s sworn by any government agency. If I called the local police and told them some guy dressed in SWAT gear is sneaking around the neighbor’s yard, they’d be on him so fast – he’d probably be shot dead holding his paint ball rifle. So can someone legally walk around with all that gear and arrest people for bond’s issues?

Family Minded Activities at Mont Tremblant

When you’re not spread out on the beaches or zipping down the slopes, what other family oriented activities are available at Mont Tremblant? Below is a list of family-oriented activities with brief descriptions.

Multi-Season Activities

• Meet Toufou: Meet Mont Tremblant’s mascot, Toufou. The children-loving reindeer has been known to sign autographs at Place des Voyageurs daily around 3:30pm.

• Aquaclub La Source: This indoor centre has 2 paddling pools for younger children and a generously sized main pool with Tarzan rope.

• Paintballing: Over 10 different play-areas are offered at the Mont Tremblant Outdoor Paintball Centre. Be advised; although the facility provides all the necessary safety and combat equipment, many contestants bring their own gear. However, even if someone brings their own, much more powerful paint-ball gun, it must be de-pressurized to perform at the same power level as the provided guns. Paintballing is a blast for families with teenagers.

• Zip Lines: Dangling 75 feet from the ground looks beautiful in the Laurentian Forest. In addition to zipping through the 75 foot trees, families will traverse spider nets, suspended logs, barrels, and get their crab walk on. Parents will have peace of mind as there is a separate course designed for children.

Summer Activities

• Street Entertainers: Street entertainers of all sorts are always available to humour your family during your holiday. Families won’t have to look far for a cheerful street entertainer as they roam the walkways of the Pedestrian Village daily.

For larger groups & families, arrangements can be made for private sleigh rides to accommodate up to 16 people. Children of all ages can participate in this activity.

Please note: children must ride as passengers on the guides’ sled.

Of course you can play! I’ve seen guys and girls of all sizes play and have a great time. Sometimes, it’s not how fast you can be but how accurate you are with the paint ball gun. Be sure to do a lot of target practice!

Plans for a sweet sixteen?

Question by kt_0322: Plans for a sweet sixteen?
I have a whole bunch of stuff I want to do for my sweet sixteen coming up in november but I don’t really know how to make it all fit together.
Here’s a list of things I want to do:

One of the following:

-spa day (probably just mani’s and pedi’s)
-snowboarding at mt high (but then would have to rent all the gear)
-paint balling (would have to buy all the equipment)

Along with these plans:

-go out to dinner at Bucca di Beppo’s, BJ’s, or cheesecake factory
-HUGE sleepover with like a backyard movie night, where people can totally pig out and make their own sundaes and strawberry shortcake(any other ideas like games or food?)

I’d probably have a small group (6-7) including myself and I’m trying to keep the price as low as possible. I’m hoping to have a really memorable and unique party where everyone can have a really fun time.

Any tips on cute invitation ideas, decorations, activities for the sleepover, other theme/party ideas etc would also be greatly appreciated :]

Please Help! Thanks a bunch!
I’d also like to somehow incorporate Juicy Couture, Sophia Bush, and/or Gilmore Girls.

Sorry it’s a bunch of stuff to cram together!

First off, happy sweet sixteen!

Ok if it’s in the buget, rent a limio. Http://www.limoXonline.com they can give you qoutes to find the best proving because they can get expensive.
Ok for one of the things to do I would would be spa day. That’s the cheapest. Depending on if your spa day is at home or the salon here are some pros and cons.

Salon:
Pros: more profesional, no mess ups, can look really pretty.
Cons: expensive, can be a wait.

Home:
Pros: cheaper, can do more thank mani and pedi’s
Cons: can get messey, and could mess up

You could always paint each overs nails at home and thy go to the salon and have them put a design like a flower for about $ 5.

If you decide to use the limo have them pick you up whereever you did your nails, and have them bring you to the resturant. I would thing on the cheap side bjs would be the best choice, but then again at the cheesecake factory you guys could all share things that were ordered.

For the backyard movie, get like a projector. My teacher did that and hooked I to her laptop for when we watched movies on the whitboard. You could project your movies against a fence or your house. Remember, depending on where you live it may be cold in November, so get a ton of blankets and pillows to be cozy. Get anything and everything for your sundaes and strawberry shortcake. Walmart has good prices at there supercenters for the food. Just get a ton of junk food.

Invites can be handwritten, printed yourself on the computer or done professionaly. Pick a color, or colors and make it your theme. Put it with white. For example my friends favorite colors are purple and yellow. So for decorations she put white, purple, yellow streamers and baloons for decorations. Oh, btw, have everyone wear cute awesome dresses for the resturant. You can maybe make the party all day, by going around noon to the mall for dresses, then around four the spa, eat, then backyard movie. For a theme maybe under the stars. A ton of twinkling lights and moon and star decorations.

For games, have like triva for juciy coulture and stuff. Again, happy birthday and good luck!

you may want to wear a loose fitting long sleeve shirt. If you dont have a face mask than you better have a friend with an extra one cause they will take your eye out. its going to hurt even if you get hit in the arm or torso. as far as gloves that guard your knuckles, you dont need them but its will hurt like hell if you get hit on your knuckles. Throat protectors arent big and offer little padding but the difference they make if you do get hit in the neck is huge. Other than that, if you were thinking of wearing a sports bra im guessing you’re a girl so i woudnlt worry about protecting your nads. I never used knee pads before but last time i went everyone else had them and it seemed like a good idea considering all the kneeling you generally do if you’re on a homemade course
